Grace surrounds us and holds us like the sky holds everything in it … and as soon as I find a way to let go of my story, I keep seeing over and over again that grace is always here and it includes the forgetting and the remembering. The practice is the opening of the hand to catch the raindrops, which are always falling. If you don't open your hand, you get wet, but you don't get much to drink.

No one said life would be easy. No one said if we fall we must lay where we fall. No one said we must not feel pain or the loss of a loved one. But one thing is for sure, we must go on loving ourselves and loving our family. Remember greatness comes from facing and overcoming adversity, also if you can't help yourself, help someone else! Be grateful for what you lost, you were fortunate to have had it in the first place. Count the blessings for there are many!

An idealist is one who, on noticing that a rose smells better than a cabbage, concludes that it makes a better soup.

We get attracted to what we know and what is hidden within us.  We have played this game , many times, nothing is strange yet attraction speaks louder than words.

Sorry,  all I can say is SORRY.

I am sorry if you have to leave.

I am sorry if you have to say good bye.

I am sorry if you have to let go of my hands.

I am sorry if it has to end up this way.

But one thing sure,  I am just what I am. 

I am not here to please anyone,  just be myself.

Not here to impress people or be always nice.

I am just being true to myself,  feelings and emotions.

I am just letting go of my doubts and despair.

I am just being me,  no pretentions, no lies.

It is just all about me, my being human yet a tigress sometimes.

If you can’t swallow my weaknesses then you have a good reason to leave.

If you can’t embrace my whims and caprices,  you have a good reason to let go

If you can’t understand me, you have a valid reason to go and fast.

And if you can’t love me the way I am,  then you made the right decision,  ever!

If you just love me the way I am,  then nothing will go wrong. 

All I need is an understanding heart who will kiss me at my darkest moment.

All I need is a loving heart who will love me more at my weakest point.

All I need is a kind heart who will  embrace my being when I am lost.
